We schedule our projects before its start to ensure we have a baseline for completion. In most cases, project delay stems from 3 major factors:

Delay in payments from bank or individual entities.

Revision of drawings and scope of work.

Delay in material choosing and delivery for finishing.

We try our best to ensure these are addressed ahead to avoid delays.

From signing of agreement till the project completion, we keep the client and consultant within the loop of our procedures with constant updates through chats and emails. Moreover, client is entitled to request a site visit anytime with the contractor to see the progress and to discuss the next steps.

All structural and architectural designs revisions will require approval by municipality. Any additional scope beyond the agreed tender might cost you extra. So, make sure to consult with both the contractor and consultant before making any such revisions. We are open to discussions and will help you understand the pros and cons of any such revisions before it is made so that you may make an educated decision.

The maintenance period specified for Civil and MEP works is 1 year. Additionally, structures such as swimming pool will receive its subsequent maintenance period in regards to the method of construction. Waterproofing works usually provide 25 years of warrantee.
